IMPORTANT SAFETY ALERT: ACTION REQUIRED

Please note that there is a safety issue with the upholstered dining and office chairs that have been delivered prior to 21st of March 2023 – the upholstered seats have not been certified for the required level of fire safety and need to be replaced.

What do I need to do?

If you have received any of the above mentioned products before 21st of March 2023, please submit your contact details on the form found on this website and our specialist will get in touch with you to confirm whether your product is affected.

If that is the case, we will provide you with a replacement seat completely free of charge alongside with the instructions about how to proceed with the replacement process. No need to worry – we took steps to ensure that the process is smooth and that you will receive properly certified items to ensure safety of your home.
