How can I cancel or amend my order?
To ensure that your items arrive just as you envision them and as quickly as possible, we begin fulfilling each order as soon as it has been placed. Any requested changes result in lost time and materials; therefore, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made more than 48 hours after the order has been placed. If you wish to return an item after the delivery, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We are very sorry that you would like to return your order, but we’re also pleased to offer a 14-day return policy on all of our products.
In order to validate the return:
1. Please take some photos of the repackaged box before it is returned to us and share them with us. Delivery companies have a habit of damaging items and we need to prove the condition of the box before it was shipped for insurance purposes.
2. By returning the item(s) you are confirming that the product and packaging is in perfect, re-saleable condition. If this is not the case, please let us know before returning the item and send us photos of the damage. We can then discuss the options available.
Starting from 1st of January 2020, we have introduced free returns on selected furniture and lamps. We created this policy as part of our ongoing effort to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. To see whether a product is eligible for a free return, go to the product details section of the product page, which will indicate if the product is eligible for free return.

How will I be refunded?
All refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card you paid for your order with. If your card has been lost or stolen and a new card issued since you purchased from us, the refund will automatically be issued to the new card.
Why didn’t you refund the full amount of my purchase?
In case of returns, we will refund you in full minus the actual outbound shipping cost – this is the total cost that has been paid by byKALLEVIG in order to cover the costs of outbound shipping and delivery of your order prior to your return.
